A History of Straightforward Growth

SurePoint Lending, originally known as First Residential Mortgage Network, was founded in 1995 by Saul Pohn in Louisville, Kentucky. Two years later, Saul’s twin brother, Jordan Pohn, joined the team as co-owner. The two have grown their company together, which began in an 800 square foot office with four employees, into a flourishing business offering residential mortgage loans nationwide.

Today, SurePoint Lending employs nearly 500 people and is licensed in 45 states. SurePoint’s closed loan volume now exceeds $10 billion. Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, SurePoint also has offices in Nashville, TN, Indianapolis, IN, and Tampa, FL.
