A History of Straightforward Growth

SurePoint Lending is a DBA of and has its roots with First Residential Mortgage Network, which was founded in 1995 by Saul Pohn in Louisville, Kentucky. Starting out with an 800 square foot office and four employees, the company started with $10,000 in capital. Two years later, Saul’s twin brother, Jordan Pohn joined the team as co-owner.

Today SurePoint Lending is housed in a new state-of-the-art, 60,000 square foot building. Licensed to do business in 43 states, SurePoint transactions now exceed $6 billion in closed loan volume.
